1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Ray Solar Power website. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue using the website.

2. About Ray Solar Power

Ray Solar Power Pty Ltd trading as RaySolarPower provides solar energy products and related services, including residential solar panel systems, commercial solar installations, solar inverters, home battery storage systems, solar system upgrades and replacements, and solar consultations and installation services. Our website provides information about our business, products and services.

3. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on our website is accurate and up to date. However, information may change from time to time. Product specifications, availability, pricing, promotional offers and government incentives are subject to applicable conditions and changes. Solar generation, electricity savings and system performance estimates are indicative only and depend on factors including property location and roof orientation, weather and shading, electricity consumption, system size and configuration, electricity tariffs and export arrangements, battery usage and operating settings, and applicable network restrictions. We do not guarantee a particular level of electricity savings or financial return unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement.

4. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not automatically create a binding contract. Any quotation provided by Ray Solar Power will be subject to its stated conditions, validity period, product availability, technical suitability and any required approvals. A binding supply or installation agreement will be governed by the separate written quotation or contract accepted by the customer and Ray Solar Power. The applicable contract will specify the agreed system, price, payment arrangements, installation scope and other relevant conditions.

5. Solar Products and Installation Requirements

Solar and battery systems must be designed and installed in accordance with applicable Australian laws, electrical safety requirements, technical standards and relevant network requirements. Installation may be subject to roof and structural suitability, existing electrical infrastructure, switchboard and meter requirements, product compatibility, electricity distributor approval, export limits and network conditions, and site access and installation requirements. Where technical or site conditions require a change to the proposed installation, the matter will be addressed under the applicable customer agreement.

6. Finance and Payment Options

Ray Solar Power may provide customers with access to finance options through independent third-party finance providers. All finance applications are subject to the relevant provider’s approval process, eligibility criteria, fees, interest rates and contractual terms. Ray Solar Power does not guarantee finance approval. Customers should review all relevant finance documentation before entering into a finance agreement.

7. Consumer Guarantees and Warranties

Products and services supplied by Ray Solar Power are subject to applicable consumer rights and guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Manufacturer warranties and installation workmanship warranties may also apply, depending on the products supplied and the agreed installation services. Manufacturer warranties are separate from statutory consumer guarantees. Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.
